Debbie Remington from Remington Team Realty, Texas, USA wants to solve one of the common problems faced by real estate agents for Scheduling Appointment and thereby Bridging Technology Gap for Real Estate Agents. She along with her co-founder David Coben committed to create agent-friendly tech that makes life easier for real estate professionals.

Challenges

According to NAR, the typical REALTOR® is 52 years of age with a small percentage under 30. So, when it comes to technology, the age gap in real estate was a specific challenge to be handled and so the solution should be most user friendly for any age.
Real Estate Agents need practical, time-saving tools yet, tech companies too often focus on internal metrics and contextual data.

Goal

To create a Real Estate Scheduling Application, Technology-focused on the user experience with scheduling from the agent's perspective was the objective. Also the platform should be available in Web, iOS application and Android App. Admin should have higher privileges with more monitoring functionalities.

Solution

Sivakumar Anirudhan and Team developed a cloud based Web Application, android and iOS application, so that every agent can use this application with free trial for specific period of time which can be controlled by the super admin or account manager, so trial can be extended for few Brokerage Firms.
